Policies

Cancellations:
Due to the nature of on-locations portraiture weather is a factor.  A decision from you or Kristine will need to be made within 24 hours of your session.  Overcast days work well for portrait, but rain does not.  Your session will be rescheduled.

If you need to cancel your session for any other reason please give a 48 hour notice.  Failure to do so will require the session fee being paid. 

PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE AND DO NOT BRING SICK CHILDREN!
Kristine has a family too that would like to stay germ-free.  We can reschedule your session.  Keep in mind you will see runny noses in your portraits!

Payment is due:
The session fee is due at the time of your appointment before the pictures are shot.
Print fees are due at the time they are ordered.

Viewing Images:
Your portraits will be online for you to view at home and you can send the link to out of town relatives.  Your prints will be on line for ten days. 

Print Order:
Once you order your prints it will take 3-5 days to be printed.  We will contact you when they are ready.  You may arrange to pick them up, or have them shipped for a fee.
